Love the use of color and texture (by the top). All the colors fall in the same family (in this case, midtones). You obviously understand your proportions as the skirt hits right at the knee and the top hits you right at the hips. I wish I could see you in your signature "huge" envelope bags for which you are famous. Overall, this is definitely something I'd wear.
