"Very dapper. I love how you are so consistent with your look. I can always depend on you for the preppy yet dashing Ralph Lauren look. Here's what I love. The shirt is an awesome color and particularly makes you stand out in that picture. The teal paired with the gray is a great way to retain the vibrancy of the teal. Wearing black would mute the teal, and wearing white (or a lighter color) would make the teal appear brighter. The tie, with the gray vest is another plus since the black with the gray and teal makes the look more graphic. To change your look, and to make the top half of your outfit in keeping with you sense of adventure, I would try a plaid or chambray tie. As I’m sure you know for a more casual look, you could leave the tie off, wear the shirt and vest with jeans (or khakis) and you would have a look that’s just as fun, yet casual. I do notice however that we lose your neck in this picture. For this look, you could opt for a vest with a deeper V. If you want to maintain your neck with your beard, always think about drawing the eye down. A vest with a deeper V would make us focus on the tie and take attention away from your neck. When wearing crewneck t-shirts with the beard, opt for a lower crewneck than one that comes to your collar bone. It’s all about tricking the eye….small critique since you otherwise look awesome. Well done! By the way, Express is the best kept secret for affordable yet good men's shirts."

"This is fabulous - I love the suede of the jacket in that ashy color - particularly in the fall and with the contrast of the white and in conjunction with the color of the scarf. I have to say, Martini, I disagree about the scarf - though with the jacket he maybe could have left it hanging rather than wrapped around his neck. I think that would possibly solve the "top-heavy" issue? Also - LOVE those glasses with the goatee and full beard."

"I would agree with kaitodonnell. Very debonair. The pinky adds a bit of drama. This is a great thrifted ensemble. The jacket from what I can notice fits well. What makes the jacket really great is that it's tweed (and timeless). The wooden buttons add that old school professor charm that's conservative, yet fun. I say fun because the plaid shirt is from a different era and adds funk to the outfit."

I think it depends on what empowers you as a representative of the company to do your job as best you can. Everybody has their own "superman/rockstar" outfit for work. It could be a streamlined suit with a tie, or a hoodie and jeans (blake!) or whatever makes them feel like they can seize the day."
