I really didn't think this is a shirt. I can't really tell, though. That happens sometimes. I'm shopping and think, is it a shirt for normal people and I'm pushing it a bit or a dress that actually fits?!?! Always an issue... Oh being mini sized...

i love love love this shirt (yes, it is a shirt), but i hate you for being tiny enough to wear it as a dress. you know i have the same one, but because it fits me like a normal person, i have to wear it with jeans haha

I think showing off your beautiful legs are more than enough here. We do not want to overdo it with skin, do we? I think it is a perfect dress for you and the sleeves make the dress!

Love your dress. though I think your accessory is way too tall... make him bend his knees a bit when he goes around with you.

I like the tie-dye effect and the ruching at the chest. As for the sleeves, I would tailor them to to the shoulder to show off your lovely arms.
